FitMemo 隱私權政策

FitMemo（以下稱「本應用程式」）是一款健身紀錄與手帳應用程式。我們非常重視您的隱私。本政策說明本應用程式如何處理您的資料。簡而言之：您的資料儲存在您自己的裝置與您自己的 Google 雲端硬碟中，我們沒有任何伺服器在蒐集您的個人資料。

1. 我們蒐集與處理的資料

您主動建立的內容

• 訓練紀錄（器材、重量、次數、時間、組數等）
• 身體數據（體重、體脂率、肌肉率等）
• 每日筆記、心情與您加入的照片

這些內容預設只儲存在您的裝置本機。

雲端備份（選用）

若您啟用雲端同步，本應用程式會透過 Google 登入，將您的備份儲存到您自己 Google 雲端硬碟中的「應用程式專屬資料夾」(App Data)。此資料夾僅供本應用程式存取，開發者無法讀取您雲端硬碟中的任何內容。Google 登入僅用於取得存取您自己雲端硬碟備份的權限。

當機診斷資料

本應用程式使用 Google Firebase Crashlytics 蒐集當機與錯誤診斷資料（例如裝置型號、作業系統版本、錯誤堆疊），以協助我們修正問題。這些資料不包含您的訓練內容或可直接識別您身分的個人資料。

購買與訂閱

付費訂閱由 Google Play 處理。本應用程式不會經手或儲存您的信用卡、付款方式或帳單資訊；我們僅會收到「您是否擁有有效訂閱」的狀態。

照片與相機

當您製作分享卡時，可選擇從相簿挑選或以相機拍攝照片。照片僅在您的裝置本機用於產生分享圖片；除非您主動分享或儲存，否則不會上傳。

2. 裝置權限

• 網路：用於雲端同步、購買驗證與檢查更新。
• 相片 / 相機：用於製作與儲存分享卡（僅在您選擇使用時）。

3. 資料分享

我們不會販售您的個人資料。資料僅透過您所使用的 Google 服務（Google 雲端硬碟、Google Play、Firebase）進行處理，這些服務各自適用其隱私權政策。

4. 資料保存與刪除

• 您可隨時在應用程式內刪除個別紀錄。
• 您可在「備份紀錄」中刪除雲端備份快照（此動作無法復原）。
• 您可登出以停止雲端同步。
• 移除（解除安裝）本應用程式即會刪除裝置上的所有本機資料。

5. 兒童隱私

本應用程式並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們不會在知情情況下蒐集兒童的個人資料。

6. 政策變更

我們可能會不定期更新本政策。重大變更將更新本頁面上方的「最後更新日期」。

FitMemo Privacy Policy

FitMemo (the "App") is a fitness journaling app. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the App handles your data. In short: your data is stored on your own device and in your own Google Drive. We do not operate any server that collects your personal data.

1. Data We Process

Content you create

• Workout records (equipment, weight, reps, time, sets, etc.)
• Body metrics (weight, body-fat %, muscle %, etc.)
• Daily notes, mood, and any photos you add

This content is stored locally on your device by default.

Cloud backup (optional)

If you enable cloud sync, the App uses Google Sign-In to store your backup in the app-specific "App Data" folder of your own Google Drive. This folder is accessible only to the App; the developer cannot read any content in your Drive. Google Sign-In is used solely to access your own Drive backups.

Crash diagnostics

The App uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash and error diagnostics (e.g. device model, OS version, stack traces) so we can fix problems. This does not include your workout content or directly identifying personal information.

Purchases & subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are handled by Google Play. The App never handles or stores your credit card, payment method, or billing details; we only receive whether you hold an active subscription.

Photos & camera

When you create a share card, you may pick a photo from your gallery or take one with the camera. Photos are used locally on your device to generate the share image and are not uploaded unless you choose to share or save them.

2. Device Permissions

• Internet: for cloud sync, purchase validation, and update checks.
• Photos / Camera: to create and save share cards (only when you choose to).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed only through the Google services you use (Google Drive, Google Play, Firebase), each subject to its own privacy policy.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• You can delete individual records in the App at any time.
• You can delete cloud backup snapshots under "Backup history" (this is irreversible).
• You can sign out to stop cloud sync.
• Uninstalling the App removes all local data from your device.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
